Good range, wrong shirt delivered, poor replacement process
1. Wrong colored shirt delivered
2. Timely return pick-up
3. No news for 8 days about replacement/refund
4. Required constant follow-up including email to CEO
5. Service team responded that the returned shirt had not been delivered back to them by their courier even after 8 days!!
6. They claim to have sent the replacement w/o receipt of original shirt as an exception
7. Original shirt finally rcvd - full delivery cycle took about14 days
8. Is a good fit, quality can be ascertained only after a few washes
