Your product is fine, but as I have pointed out in my half a dozen mails, your couriers, the Economic courier, is the worst and they delayed delivery for two weeks on very flimsy reasons like "tried to deliver, address is incorrect" etc and many such reasons. This was authenticated by their delivery boy, the real problem was they do not have sufficient delivery boys or something is seriously wrong with their operations. Unless you change the couriers, it will damage your reputation.
