I received an oversized shirt. I asked for size 42, but received size 44. Quality of the material is also not good. Very hard and stiff fabric. Asked for refund. Waiting since 2 weeks

Had asked for regular sized shirt but have got slim fit one.
Repeatedly I shared my view before with you about the products of The Shirt Factory. Still I comment that I am one of your best customers at all times. If you ask to choose the bestest shirts, your products will be my first choice. But on the contrary, instead of my different purchases, I never get any special discount, ver sad.

The shirt material is of good quality, and the shirt itself is good, I am also extremely satisfied with the customer support team... The only thing I felt a as a set back is that the delivery time is little long after the order so if you need to buy for a function we need to do it early.... it would be great if they provide a high speed delivery plan even if it cost some extra money like in Amazon like sites
